New 'Microsoft support' scam calls

Microsoft recently had a massive data breach which affected nearly 250 million customers worldwide going back to 2005. Be aware scammers who may have accessed these records will certainly find a way of using them to target individuals with convincing emails or phone calls to con people and gain access to their passwords, payment details or ask for remote access to your PC. Microsoft or any other company will never contact you to ask for passwords, payment details or ask for remote access to your PC. If you receive a call or email, hang up or delete the message and contact Microsoft yourself directly, through the Get Help app (see below) in Windows 10's start menu.
